TEAM TRAINING

Team training at LEG1ON Training & Performance prepares athletes for athletic competition and what to expect when they make the jump to the collegiate level. Sessions run 75 minutes and are designed to be sport specific for athletes of all abilities. A session can include a dynamic warmup, multiple working supersets, agility drills, and a cool down/recovery period. 

Additionally, performance screening is done on all athletes to determine their ability and to see what they need to improve. Training can take place at LEG1ON’s headquarters in East Liberty or on location. Nutrition consultation and creative content can be included at an additional cost.

INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE TRAINING

Are you ready to train like a Division I or professional athlete? LEG1ON Training & Performance’s sports performance program will get you ready to take the next step. Unlike general personal training, L1 coaches will develop a sport-specific strength and conditioning program that will improve overall athleticism and separate you from the pack.

Training can occur both in the gym and on location to work on sport specific functions.

Sessions can run for 30, 45, or 60 minutes and include In-Body scans and review sessions. Nutrition consultation and creative content is available at an additional cost.

BOXING

L1TP has an extensive background in boxing and offers 3- and 6-month packages focusing on just mitt work or an entire boxing workout. Please contact us for additional information.
