PERSONAL TRAINING & SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
LEG1ON Training & Performance employs some of the top coaches in Pittsburgh who are ready to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.
We offer one on one personal training packages geared towards a client’s schedule. Our packages include sessions that run 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes from one time a week to four times a week. In addition to training, clients will receive monthly In-Body scans, review sessions, and a free nutrition counseling session at the start.
Semi-Private training is also offered, allowing 2-3 clients to train with a coach at a time. These sessions are 60 minutes and can be schedule from one time a week to four times a week.
