LEG1ON BOXING (60 mins) with Coach Bryan

LEG1ON Boxing is 60 minutes of non-stop action that is sure to get your heart pumping. No boxing experience is necessary for this class. Please note: Gloves and wraps are required. L1TP does not provide gloves or wraps, however, they are for sale in the retail area.

THE FORCE (60 mins) with Coach Shelly

Style of Class: Bootcamp

THE FORCE is designed to increase strength and improve conditioning through a combination of exercises focused on developing a more athletic you during this 60-minute class.

Get ready for exercises specializing in the use of resistance  in many facets.

Coaches will push you through drills with weights, bands, and body weight movements, utilizing these four categories – locomotion, raising and lowering your center of mass, pushing and pulling, and rotating.

RECON (60 mins) with Coach Jeremy

Style of Class: Bootcamp

Get ready to push yourself during this 60-minute class devoted to becoming stronger, and conditioning our bodies.

The main emphasis of RECON is to build strength and to target the cardiovascular system through a mix of speed, power, and metabolic conditioning to achieve optimal performance within heart rate zones.

What can you expect from this class? Athletic movement, focused strength training, core training, and high intensity intervals are some of the things you will see. Coach Jeremy programs each class to keep your body guessing so you get the most out of your workout.
